dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada acil durumlar; inşaat öncesindeki tasarım ve planlama, inşaat aşamasında önleyici, sınırlayıcı tedbirler, müdahale yöntemleri ve yapı işlerine özgü kurtarma planları incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde tasarım ve planlama aşamasında acil durumlara etki edilebilecek konular ve yapılabilecek düzenlemelere değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde yapım aşamasındaki acil durumları sınırlayıcı, önleyici tedbirler ve acil durum müdahale, tahliye yöntemleri olarak, acil durumun öncesini ve sonrasını değerlendirecek şekilde iki bölüm olarak açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise acil durum planlarının içerisinde yer alan inşaata özgü kurtarma planları ve bu planlara uygun tatbikatlar açıklanmıştır.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolIn this study; emergencies, design and planning before construction, preventive and limiting measures in construction stage, intervention methods and rescue plans specific to construction works were examined. In the first part, the topics and the arrangements that can be influenced in emergency during design and planning are mentioned. In the second part, limitations on the emergency situations at the construction stage, preventive measures and emergency response, as evacuation methods, are explained in two parts to evaluate the emergency before and after the emergency. In the third part, the rescue plans specific to the construction in the emergency plans and the exercises appropriate to these plans are explained.tr_TR
