dc.description.abstractSosyal sorumluluk yerel yönetimler açısından hayati önem taşıyan bir konudur. Yerel yönetimler toplumların ortak ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması amacıyla topluma karşı sorumluluğu bulunan kamu kurumu kuruluşlarıdır. Bu nedenle artan hizmet talebi ve beklentiler neticesinde yerel yönetim hizmetleri çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Yönetim anlayışı içinde sosyal sorumluluk politikaları yerel yönetim faaliyetleriyle şekillenmektedir. Bu çerçevede sosyal belediyecilik anlayışını içeren kamu işletmeleri kurulmuştur. Çalışmamız genelinde toplumsal hizmeti ön plana alarak hizmetine devam eden İstanbul Halk Ekmek AŞ. incelenmiştir. İnceleme çerçevesinde Carroll’ın sosyal sorumluluk modelinden yola çıkarak oluşturulan yarı yapılandırılmış soru kalıplarından faydalanılarak nitel bir araştırma yapılmıştır, elde edilen bulgular mevcut literatürde yer alan bilgiler ile karşılaştırılmış ve yorumlanmıştır.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolSocial responsibility is a vital issue for local governments. Local governments are public institutions with responsibility for collecting to meet the common needs of communities. As a result, the services of local government are diversified due to increasing demand for services and expectations. In terms of management, social responsibility policies are shaped by local management activities. In this context, public enterprises with an approach of social municipal work have been established. Our study examines in general Istanbul Halk Ekmek A.Ş., which serves attaching priority to social service. Within the framework of the examination, a qualitative research has been conducted benefiting from semi-structured question patterns as Carroll's social responsibility model implies, and the findings were compared to the current knowledge in the existing literature and interpreted.tr_TR
