dc.description.abstractTürkiye’de çevre politikalarının oluşmasında yetkili kamu birimi merkezi yönetim olmakla birlikte son zamanlarda yerel yönetimler, diğer kurum ve kuruluşları da çevre duyarlılığının yanında katı atıkların yönetimi hakkında çalışmalarla gündemde yer almaktadırlar. Gündemde yer alan kurumların birçoğu doğa ve ülke ekonomisini düşünürken özel sektör ise katı atıkların maddi yönünü ele alarak ülkeye farklı bir düşünce sistemi ile kazanımlar sağlamaktadırlar. Merkezi yönetim ve yerel yönetimler çevre ve katı atık yönetimi üzerine yaptığı çalışmaları yeterince halka bildirememektedir. Bu çalışmaların bildirilmesinde devreye giren vakıf, dernek ve birlikler gerek merkezi yönetime gerekse yerel yönetimlere destekleyici ve çözümleyici çalışmalarla halka daha kolay ulaşabilmekte ve katı atıkların dönüşümü hakkında bilgiler sunabilmektedir. Ortak çalışmaları yürüten kurumlardan bir diğeri de Marmara belediyeler birliğidir. Marmara belediyeler birliği bölgesine ait çalışmaları üst seviyelerde sürdürmekte ülke ekonomisine ve doğal çevrenin korunmasında büyük çaba sarf etmektedir.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolEnvironmental policies in Turkey authorized the formation of the public Central Administration Unit, although recently, local governments, and other institutions and organizations with solid wastes management environmental awareness about the work on the agenda. Many of the institutions and the economy of nature and the country is on the agenda, while the private sector is taking over the direction of the country financially solid wastes is a different thought system and achievements. Central government and local governments for his work on the environment and solid waste management is not sufficiently informed the public. This work, the Foundation commissioned the Association and disseminating the troops need to be supportive of both local governments and the Central Government, through the public to more easily reach the parser and solid waste can provide information about the conversion. Other institutions carrying out public work Marmara municipalities Association. Union of municipalities of the Marmara region continues to work on the upper levels of the national economy and the protection of the natural environment is a big effort.tr_TR
