Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to make an inverter for domestic purpose that uses boost topology by implementation of PWM (pulse width modulation). On the basis of this topology an inverter will be presented that will have improved PWM inverter and can be connected with PV system using P&O method for MPPT. MATLAB Simulink is used to simulate and analyze the work. The result of simulation shows that the presented inverter system has effective control of current waveforms from the PV system which tends to sine wave and achieve maximum power point tracking, besides it is able to put arbitrary power out to the load or to the grid, provided control system has a good stability. Dual stage topology is used in which the DC-DC inverting circuit is decoupled, for DC-DC converting half bridge converter is used and for DC-AC converter H bridge inverter is used. The output of inverter will be 230V rms. Proposed scheme of micro inverter is system for domestic use.
