dc.description.abstractBireylerin çalıştıkları ortamın güvenliği ve sağlıklı olması hem iş verimini hem de çalışanın motivasyonunu arttırabilmektedir. Meslekler tehlike sınıfına göre ayrılmış olup iş güvenliğine her meslekte ihtiyaç duyulduğu bilinen bir gerçektir. Buradan anlaşıldığı üzere İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği her meslekte olması ve uygulanması gereken bir süreçtir. Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı’nın öncülüğünde kurulan Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu (MYK) ‘nun belgelendirdiği mesleklerde, yetkinlikleri belgelemek, aslında hem iş piyasasındaki işsizlik sorununu ortadan kaldırır hem de işini bilen kişilerin kaliteli ürün ortaya çıkarmalarında katkı sağlar. Mesleki Yeterlilik Belgesi için mevcut süreçlerde, A1 ( İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği) biriminin başarılı bir şekilde uygulandığı bir işyerinde çalışan bir kişi sınavda başarısız olabilir. Bu sebeple, Mesleki Yeterlilik Belgesi alan kişiler üzerinden yola çıkarak konu üzerinde bu çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada sınava giren, A1(İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği) biriminden başarılı ve başarısız olan kişilerin istatistik raporuna yer verilmiş, tehlikeli ve çok tehlikeli meslek grubundan belge alan kişilere bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolThe safety and health of the environment in which individuals work can increase both work efficiency and employee motivation. It is fact that occupations are separated by hazard class and occupational safety is needed in every vocation. As it is understood from this, Occupational Health and Safety is a process that should be practiced in every occupation. Jobs certificated by Vocational Qualification Institution (MYK) which is established with the leadership of Ministry of Labour and Social Security will solve unemployment problem and will help in producing products with more quality which will be prepared by the people who know what they do. One may fail in the processes for the Vocational Qualification Certificate while he/she is working successfully in the workplace implementing A1 (Occupational Health and Safety) unit. For this reason, starting from this case a research has been conducted. In this study, a statistical report showing the successful and unsuccessful applicant in the exams working with the A1 (Occupational Health and Safety) and the results of a questionnaire conducted on the workers in the hazardous and very hazardous fields was given.tr_TR
