dc.description.abstractHazırladığımız bu çalışma, ülkemizde giderek artan toplumsal şiddet olaylarını kuramsal açıdan irdelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Sosyolojik açıdan şiddet olgusu çok sayıda değişken tarafından çözümlenmektedir. Bu çerçevede, bireylerin kültürel yapısı, sosyalleşme biçimi ve aile yapısı gibi faktörlerin bireylerin şiddete eğilimli olmalarında veya şiddet davranışlarını sergilemelerindeki etkisi ve rolü açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Şiddetin yayıldığı alanları ve yerel yönetimlerin şiddeti önlemek adına üzerine düşen sorumlulukları araştırmak ve sonuç olarak şiddet davranışlarının kültürel, yapısal ve etkileşimsel faktörlerden oluşan genel bir kuramsal perspektif tarafından daha iyi çözümlenebileceği gibi engellenebileceği de ileri sürülmüştür. Belediye ve toplumsal şiddet doğrudan bağlantılı değildir ve yerel yönetimlerin yaptırım gücü sınırlıdır. Fakat araştırmamızın kapsamında yerel yönetim anlayışına farkındalık getirmek ve toplum düzenine katkı sağlamak amaçlandığı için yerel yönetimler ve toplumsal şiddet ilişkisi kurularak çözüm yolları aranmıştır. Araştırma konumuza siyasal şiddet ve terör dahil edilmemiştir.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolIn this thesis, we aim to examine social violent events in institutional perspective. Sociologically, case of violence has too many variables. In this picture we are trying to explain roles of cultural structure of individuals, type of socialization and family structure factors in tendency to violence and violence acts. We study, areas of the violence and the responsibilities of the local authorities for prevent violences. As a result we claim that violent behaviours could be resolved an deven stopped by general theoretical perspective that consist of cultural, structural and interactive factors. Municipality and social violence are not linked directly and sanctions of municipalities are limited. But because of we aim to aware local authority approach and contribute social order we interralete with local authorities and social violence. We did not add political violence and terrorism in our research.tr_TR
