dc.description.abstractBu çalışma özel eğitim okullarında çalışan öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeylerine ve mesleki sosyal destek düzeylerine etki eden değişkenlerin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2012–2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul Avrupa yakasında resmi özel eğitim okullarında görev yapmakta olan 202 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Özel Eğitim ve Rehberlik Hizmetleri Genel Müdürlüğünden alınan verilere göre İstanbul Avrupa yakasında 36 adet özel eğitim okulu bulunmaktadır. Araştırma ile ilgili veriler, birinci bölümünde “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ikinci bölümde “Yetişkinler için Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği” ve üçüncü bölümde “Öğretmen Mesleki Sosyal Destek Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır.Araştırma verileri SPSS for Windows 15.0 istatistik paket programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Değişkenlerden normal dağılım gösteren ikili grupların (cinsiyet, medeni durum gibi) karşılaştırılmasında bağımsız gruplar t testi, normal dağılım gösteren ikiden fazla grup (kıdem gibi) karşılaştırılmalarında tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; Özel Eğitim Okulu Öğretmenlerinin Psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeyleri tüm ölçek puanları incelendiğinde; Cinsiyet,Medeni Durum,Mezuniyet Alanı ve Yaşlarına göre ortalamalar arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Özel Eğitim Okulu Öğretmenlerinin Mesleki Sosyal Destek düzeyleri tüm ölçek puanları incelendiğinde; Çalıştığı Kurum Türüne göre ortalamalar arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolThis study was conducted in order to examine of variables that influence special education school teachers’ resilience and occupational social support levels. Sample of the study included 202 teachers working at public special education schools on European side of İstanbul in 2012-2013 academic year. According to data from the “Special Education and Guidance Services General Directorate”, in the european side of İstanbul there are 36 special education schools. The data was collected by; in the first section “Demographic İnformation Form”, in the second part “ Resilience Scales for Adults”, in the third part “Teacher Professional Social Support Scale”. Research data was analyzed by SPSS for Windows 15.0 statistical software. In order to compare the binary group with normal distribution such as sex, marital status, t tests to compare the groups more than two within normal distribution ANOVA analyses were conducted . The results revealed the significant differences between mean scores of the participants’ resilience scale scores according to gender, marital status, graduation subject and age. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the teachers’ mean full scores of the “Teacher Professional Social Support Scale”tr_TR
