dc.description.abstractEğitim olgusunda öncelikle okullar olarak ele alınmasına rağmen, eğitimin okul dışında da yapıldığı bir gerçek olduğu açıktır. Aile, işyeri, arkadaş çevresi, basın-yayın kuruluşları, kültür ve sanat örgütleri yerel yönetimler ve çeşitli sivil toplum kuruluşları da kişilerin eğitiminde rol almaktadır. Eğitim sadece okulda gerçekleştirilen karşılıklı bir etkileşim olmamakta, insan yaşamının her dönemini içine alması gereken bir süreç olmaktadır. İnsanların başarılı olması, yaşadığı dünyayı algılayabilmesi ve olumlu yönde geliştirmesi sadece eğitim ile sağlanabilmektedir. Küreselleşmeyle birlikte yaşanan toplumsal değişim ve dönüşüm sürecinde, kültürel zenginlik ve çeşitliliğin korunması, geliştirilmesi ve gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması amacıyla toplumun her kesiminin kültürel faaliyetlere kolayca ulaşması sağlanmaktadır. İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin önemli bir ilçesi olan Küçükçekmece Belediyesi’nin başlattığı eğitim seferberliği, okullara ve yetişkinlere yönelik proje çalışmalarıyla önde gelen belediyelerden biri olmaktadır. Çalışmada tarihsel gelişim sürecinde Türk eğitim sisteminde yaşanan değişiklikler ele alınarak, gerek Türkiye’de gerekse de diğer ülkelerde gerçekleştirilen eğitsel projelere ve tez konusunu oluşturan Okullar Hayat Bulsun projesine yer verilecektir.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolAlthough the most primary element of education can be identified as schools, it is obvious that other organizations also has crucial importance in education such as family, social environment, work place, mass media, culture and arts organizations, local administrations and several non profit organizations. Education is not a transactional interaction but should rather be a phase that consists the whole aspect of an individual’s life spam. In order to be successful individuals’ capibility to recognize and comprehend the World and has the will to change it can be achieved only with education. With the globalization process, in order to maintain and transit cultural values of the society, every individual of the society to easily access cultural activities has become a necessity. As an important component of İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Küçükçekmece Belediyesi started an education campaign, which became a leader Project amongst other local administrations connected to İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi. Present study aims to examine this Project and traces its roots back to early Turkish education system.tr_TR
