Cittaslows refers cities, where cultural, natural and historical values are preserved and these values are passed on to future generations with high-prosperity. Cittaslow has emerged from the need for an alternative against the standardization and speed due to globalization and refers to high-prosperity cities where cultural, natural, historical values are preserved. Quality of working life aims to increase the happiness levels of employees by creating humanized working, living conditions. This study aims to investigate the life experiences in cittaslow with working life. In-depth interviews were conducted with 38 employees in Turkey. As a result it has been concluded that the cittaslows are the cities with high working life quality for the employees, where people live happily. |
