Abstract: This study examines the effects of Leadership Development Model, which was developed in parallel with the restructuring of human resources department of an insurance company that acts in Turkish Insurance Sector Elementary Branch, as part of the change management process on the corporation and on its employees. This study aims to find out the contribution of the mentioned development model to corporations and employees and to give an opinion about the possible model application methods in different corporations and organizations.
